Dear Valued Stakeholders,

We are pleased to announce that the Medical Device Authority (MDA) will be participating in the WHX Kuala Lumpur, International Healthcare Week 2025, taking place from 16 to 18 July 2025 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur.

As part of our participation, MDA will be offering in-person consultation services (non-package consultation) to enhance stakeholder access to regulatory information and guidance as detailed below:

📅 Date:
16 - 18 July 2025 (Wednesday - Friday)

Consultation Session Schedule:

Four (4) consultation sessions will be conducted each day throughout the program:

Session 1: 10:00 am – 11:00 am;
Session 2: 11:30 am– 12:30 pm;
Session 3: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm;
Session 4: 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm;

Consultation Fee: RM100 per session (1 hour)

Payment Methods:

1. Online Payment (via BayarNow System): Payment must be completed before the consultation session takes place. MDA will issue a payment advice via the email provided during the session booking.

📌 Important Notes

Fees for confirmed consultation sessions are non-refundable.
Early booking is highly encouraged via the provided Google Form to secure your slot.
Maximum of two (2) company representatives allowed per consultation session.
All consultation booking shall be submitted by 7 July 2025 at 12.00 pm.
A confirmation email will be sent for successful consultation bookings.
If the maximum number of consultation slots is reached before the deadline, MDA reserves the right to close the booking application early.
