One of our staff, Ms Rosedhila binti Md Zain, Nurse U29, is leaving us w.e.f. 16 April 2008.   She is transfered to Negeri Sembilan State Health Department at her own request.  She is now posted to Seremban Health Clinic.  MDB will miss her and thank her for all her contribution to MDB especially during this development stage.  We wish her all the best in her future endeavours.

MDB welcomes our new staff, Ms Roslida binti Saad, Nurse U29, who is taking over from Ms Rosedhila binti Md Zain, w.e.f. 16 April 2008.   Ms Roslida was formerly with the Kuala Lumpur Hospital for almost 2 years.  We wish her all the best.

Medical Devices and Clinical Investigation for Regulators and Clinicians
Date: 21-22 April 2008
Venue: Hall 8, Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC), Putrajaya

This 2-day training program is aimed at training both the regulators as well as the clinicians and researchers on the requirements and how-to-do clinical trials on medical device, taking account the impending medical device regulatory system that will be enforced in the future.  This training program is organised by the MDB.

Kursus Kecergasan dan Kesihatan, 4 - 6 April 2008
Selesa Resort, Bukit Tinggi, Pahang.

This course is organised by MDB for its staffs and that of Engineering Division MOH.   About 40 participants have registered to attend this interesting course over the weekend.

MDB welcomes our latest addition to our new staff, Mr Dery Akmal bin Abdul Rahman.   He was formerly stationed in Hospital Melaka.   He is now placed in the Premarket Approval Branch of MDB.  

MDB also welcomes our new PA to the director, Ms Rohani binti Basiron N22.
