OFFICE OPERATION DURING CONDITIONAL MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (CMCO) PERIOD

Dear valued customers,

Following the government’s announcement to enforce Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), MDA will be operating in a limited capacity starting from 14th October 2020 (Wednesday). Our office operation hour will remain as usual from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. However, our counter service during the CMCO period will be operated from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm and will remain until further notice.

In an effort to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, MDA discourage face – to - face meeting and urge customers to adhere to the Standard of Procedure (SOP) as follows:

i. Always wear a facemask when you are in our building.

ii. Sanitise your hands.

iii. Practice social distancing.

Our counter service will be on first come first serve basis and only five (5) customers will be allowed to enter at once. Kindly take note that certificate collection and bank draft submission can only be done until 12.00 pm every day.
